Beer & Cheese Dip
A rich, cheesy dip with a subtle tang from beer, perfect for pairing with salty, crunchy sides like pretzels, bagel chips, or pita chips. Just as good with chunks of pretzel bread or crusty sourdough for dipping. Easy to prepare using simple fridge and pantry ingredients, this warm, crowd-pleasing dip comes together quickly and is ready to serve straight from the oven. Ideal for entertaining or casual get-togethers.

All you need:
- Beer & Cheese Dip Mix (included)
- 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese
- 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise
- 55 g (½ cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) light beer
All you do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese until soft. Add the Beer & Cheese Dip Mix and the remaining ingredients, reserving 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with pretzel bread, sliced baguette, or mini naan.
