As a child, my favourite game to play was “Store” I had a real working antique cash register (a gift from my father who recognized this calling), and my family, friends and stuffed animals would buy the items I curated from around the house.

My adult life would find my revelling in “sales”; From operating a 20+years successful career with Mary Kay Cosmetics to opening my first retail store called Decor-I-Adore.

As new owners of The Candlewick, Dustin and I share the same values that the time-honoured shop has procured; Bringing beautiful and affordable home and lifestyle products to a ‘country’ store with a ‘big-city’ feel. It is our absolute joy to get to know a new community of people through the gifts and personal items they choose and it is our commitment to continue to procure exciting new product to meet those desires.
