Apple Salted Caramel Brie Skillet Kit
Our complete kit contains a 16 cm (6.3”) diameter cast iron skillet filled with a pouch of our bestselling Apple & Salted Caramel Baked Brie toppings. Take a small 8oz (225 g) round Brie or Camembert Cheese, score the top with a knife, place it in the skillet, top off the cheese with the easy to prepare toppings, bake 15-20 minutes, serve hot from the skillet.

Apple Salted Caramel Baked Brie
All you need:
- Apple Salted Caramel Brie Toppings (included)
- 20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
- 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie/Camembert
- 1 french baguette, sliced thinly
All you do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top of the cheese with a knife OR remove top rind, leaving the sides and bottom intact. Place cheese cut side up in the cast iron skillet. Put contents of both pouches in a small microwave safe bowl, add the liquid and microwave for 45-60 seconds. Spread the prepared topping over the top of the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with baguette slices.
CAUTION: DISH WILL BE VERY HOT
